Our SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville team has grown quite a lot since our establishment in 2009. We are now the largest restoration crew on the Northshore. Our leadership team collectively holds over 65 years of experience in the restoration industry and over a dozen certifications! 

Stephanie Lachney

Stephanie Lachney is our Office manager, another word for our behind the scenes hero who makes sure our business runs smoothly in every way possible. Stephanie manages our finances, hiring processes, and day-to-day business operations. She joined our team in 2011 as a cleaning technician and has experience working in each department over the years. She is a certified IICRC Water Damage Technician and Biohazard & Crime Scene Certified with the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists. Stephanie loves rock climbing and cooking healthy meals in her free time

Jami Hufker-Devalle

Operations Manager -

Plans and executes all mold remediation, biohazard removal, and COVID-19 cleaning projects while overseeing daily operations and large loss projects. She is a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician, certified Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Biohazard & Crime Scene Certified with the National Institute of Decontamination Specialist, Jami joined our team in 2020 and has over ten years of experience in the restoration industry. She loves vacationing at the beach and spending time with her family in her free time.

Kristin Delatte

Water Damage Restoration Manager -

Plans and executes emergency water damage restoration services for commercial and residential properties. She joined our team in October 2021. Kristin is a certified IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician. she loves spending time with her family and baking in her free time

Ranee Olsen

Fire Restoration Crew Chief  - 

Assists the manager and fire team in structure and content cleaning, keeping jobs organized, communication with customers, etc. She joined our team in December 2018 and is a Certified IICRC Technician. Ranee loves to fish, crochet, and spend time with family in her free time. 

Deion Mitchell

Lead Water Technician - 

Plans and executes emergency water damage restoration services for commercial and residential properties. Helps to manage water mitigation team and projects. He joined our team in April 2023. Deion is a Certified IICRC Water Technician. In his free time he loves to play video games, go bowling, and play at Top Golf! 

Anne Baham

Fire Administrative Assistant - 

Oversees all fire file documentation, assists with accounts receivable, creates fire damage project estimates, and works along side the fire production manager to oversee each fire job. She joined our team in June 2023. Anne is a certified IICRC Water Damage Technician and Certified IICRC FSRT Restoration Technician. She loves to play video games, spend time with family, and be the best soccer mom in her free time. 

Brett LaGrange

Fire Damage Restoration Manager  - 

Oversees and executes all fire damage restoration services for commercial and residential properties. He joined our team in December 2022 and it IICRC certified. In Brett's free time he loves to play videos games and paint. 

Victoria Hotard

Marketing and Sales Manager - 

Oversees and runs our websites and social media accounts. Drives business to our team by getting SERVPRO involved in the community, building relationships, and being a line of communication with potential customers. Victoria joined the team in May of 2023. In her free time, she likes to go on walks, be with friends, and love on her house plants.
