Water Damage Restoration at Mandeville Apartment Complex
A new tenant in a Mandeville apartment complex was hanging photos late one August night. She accidentally hammered into a fire suppression line and water began gushing from the wall. After finding help to shut off the water supply line, the tenant contacted the property manager who then called us. We were on the scene in less than an hour.
The water affected two apartments. The photo on the left is where she hammered into to the wall. The photo on the right is of the damaged apartment below the first one. Thankfully, our crew worked quickly through the night to extract water and to begin the drying process. Within three days we were able to completely dry both apartments!
