Continuing Education Class for Insurance Industry Professionals

SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville offers no charge continuing education classes for local insurance agents and adjusters. Classes are taught by owner and operator, Stuart Andrus, every couple of months. Classes are centered around restoration and remediation topics including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleaning. Firefighters Appreciation Luncheon

On September 11, 2018, Professional Women of St. Tammany hosted the Firefighters Appreciation Luncheon at the Tchefuncta County Club. We were honored to attend and to help sponsor one firefighter. When everyone else is running away from danger our firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, medical professionals, and other heroes are found running towards it. We are grateful for each of the first responders in St. Tammany Parish. We are tremendously proud to be a part of this community that is protected and cared for by the likes of these brave people pictured here. Simply put, St. Tammany is a better place because of the work you all do each and every 

United Way of Southeast Louisiana's 2018 Red Bean and Rice Cookoff

On July 30, 2018, the United Way of Southeast Louisiana hosted a Red Beans and Rice Cookoff at SSA. Proceeds benefited suicide prevention, mental health services and other United Way programs serving St. Tammany parish. Our marketing coordinator Kayla Theriot volunteered to help judge the cookoff.

Northshore Young Professionals 2018 Food Drive

The Northshore Young Professionals is a committee of the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce. Every spring the Northshore Young Professionals host a food drive to help prepare one local food bank or nonprofit for the demands of summer. This year the chosen food bank was the Northshore Food Bank in Covington.
