Before and After Water Damage Restoration at Commercial Property in Covington, Louisiana
This flooded commercial property in Covington, Louisiana was the result of a broken water heater. In the middle of the night, the water heater exploded on the second floor and caused hundred of gallons of water to flood to first story offices and a portion of their warehouse. More than a dozen rooms and a little over 6,400 total square feet were affected by water. As you can see in the first photo, parts of the ceiling caved in due to water buildup. Our water damage restoration team received the call for help first thing Monday morning and rushed to the scene to begin mitigation. Within a few hours, all excess water was extracted, broken structure materials were cleaned up, and drying equipment was strategically placed to begin the drying process. In just three days, our drying process was complete and our client was ready to begin the rebuild process.
