Water Damage Restoration of Abita Springs Home

These before and after photos were taken in a home in Abita Springs, Louisiana. The damage was a result of a leaking air conditioning unit that affected six rooms including the ceiling in the main hallway, a bathroom, two closets, the kitchen, and the living room. The affected flooring in the living room was removed along with the baseboards and bathroom vanity. We set up drying equipment throughout the affected areas and monitored them daily. The drying process took four days to thoroughly complete.
