Water Damage Restoration at Assisted Living Facility in St. Tammany Parish
These photos were taken at a senior living community in St. Tammany Parish. In August of 2017, the sprinkler supply line at this facility burst and caused water to spew throughout almost ten thousand square feet of the property. Twenty one apartments, four hallways, a common eating area, a common kitchen, several closets, and one laundry room were affected by the category 2 water. Our crew worked to extract all water, remove necessary flooring and affected materials, and to dry the remaining structure. In about one week, we were finished drying each area that was affected and the reconstruction crew began working to rebuild the property.
