Microscopic mold spores are present everywhere, including both indoors and outdoors. Mold spores feed on moisture to grow. When humidity levels inside a home or commercial property are too high mold, then can begin to grown in as little as 48-72 hours. Any source of water or moisture can lead to the spreading of mold growth. 

These are before and after photos of mold remediation we performed in a New Orleans home. The homeowners were remodeling their kitchen and discovered mold growing where the sink was located. We helped to remove the affected material and prevent further mold growth by applying an anti-microbial agent.
