Eleven years ago, Stuart Andrus opened SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville to help Northshore residents and business owners recover quickly following property disasters. Now, we have twenty-three employees working for SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville and our rebuild company Complete Restoration Services, 10 bright green vehicles, and hundreds of pieces of equipment.  Many years of experience and thousands of happy customers later, we are proud to be the largest restoration service provider on the Northshore. On January 18, 2019, we had a ribbon cutting celebration at our new office located at 68424 James Street in Mandeville, Louisiana. With over 15,000 square feet in office and warehouse space, the new facility allows us more opportunities to better serve our customers and the community.

SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville provides personal emergency bags to Northshore residents. Inside the bags are personal items needed after a disaster, such as a hurricane or a fire, causes a family to leave their home. The bags are filled with the following items: a community resource booklet, gloves, an N95 mask, soap, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, moist towelettes, a comb, a stuffed animal, a coloring book and crayons, and a first aid kit.

On April 11th we will be teaching the two-hour continuing education class "Cleaning and Restoring Smoke Damaged Contents" at our office located at 68424 James Street in Mandeville. Registration is from 8:00 am to 8:30 am. The class will begin at 8:30 am and end at 10:30 am. All local insurance agents and insurance adjusters are welcome to attend.
